HERE IS HOW TO
BOOK:
Firstly, send me a deposit of £20 per person, along
with the Booking Form above.
Make cheques payable to
"REDCOATS
REUNITED"
Once I have received your deposit, I will give you the number of a
Special Phone line to ring,
so that you can BOOK DIRECTLY WITH BUTLINS.
When you have given Butlins all your details, and requirements, they will
ask you to pay a Deposit of £35 per person.
(The reason for the DEPOSIT to "Redcoats Reunited," is to assist with
the costs of the Reunion itself.)
The outstanding balance of your booking will become due approx. 8 weeks
before the event.
You are required to pay this amount - DIRECT TO
BUTLINS.
Prices include:
SILVER ACCOMMODATION
Bed, Breakfast, Evening Meal,
PLUS!!!
all the regular Butlins facilities; and entry to the Reunion
Venue.
TERMS
and CONDITIONS
(N.B. The deposit to "Redcoats Reunited"
is NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, you will be able to reclaim your deposit from Butlins,
should the need arise, providing you take out the Butlins'
Insurance.)
The prices quoted on the Booking Form may incur a surcharge, if there
is under-occupancy in your accommodation.
The most common occurence of under-occupancy is when one person has a double
bed to themself.
To avoid unwanted bed-sharing, you must either request twin beds, or pay
the surcharge.
Rooms are available for those who require SINGLE OCCUPANCY, at a surcharge
of £50 per person.
Another way to avoid surcharges is to BOOK EARLY, so that you get
the
accommodation which fits your needs EXACTLY - as regards room, and bed,
numbers.

Reunited."

activities.
